Specialty Workshops
Beginner – Intermediate
At 24hr Pottery, we love offering workshops that help everyone grow as artists and explore new ways of working with clay. Our workshops are designed for both beginners and those with prior ceramic experience. We keep each session small—up to 10 students,
so everyone has the opportunity for individual guidance.

Charcuterie Board Workshop
Create your very own ceramic charcuterie board—perfect for summer picnics, cozy gatherings, and impressing your guests year-round!
In this fun and relaxed workshop, you’ll learn how to roll clay slabs and craft a stylish, custom charcuterie board. Add compartments and nooks for olives, nuts, or crackers to create the perfect serving tray for your next gathering.
We’ll also introduce pinch pot techniques so you can make adorable bowls for oils, dips, or any treats you love.
Duration: 90-minutes

Ceramic Earrings & Pendants
Design and create your own porcelain earrings and pendants in this hands-on workshop! Learn techniques for shaping lightweight, wearable pieces and explore surface decoration using our selection of Underglazes and Stroke & Coat glazes. You’ll also discover how to bend and attach nichrome wire for hanging pendants and receive tips on finishing your jewelry with various components and accessories.
No experience necessary—just bring your creativity!
Duration: 120-minutes
Raku Firing Workshop
Arrive with up to four bisqued pieces ready to glaze and fire using traditional Raku techniques! You’ll select from a variety of specialized Raku glazes to create distinctive, shiny, and impressive finishes on your pottery.
Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages to enjoy as we gather around the kiln, discuss all things Raku, and share in the excitement as your pieces transform. Engage with fellow pottery enthusiasts and leave with your finished pottery the very same day!
*Class may run longer than the estimated 2.5 hours.
**Please ensure your pieces are bisque fired before the workshop.
Our workshops are open to both members and the community, with a member discount available at checkout. We offer workshops at Seatown Pottery Green Lake & Madison Park,
as well as at our Eastside studios in Redmond and Bellevue.
