Family Workshops
Available to all Ages
Nothing beats creating with the young people in your life
Children ages 7 or less must have a caregiver present to assist with the project
(Adult does not need to purchase their own ticket unless they also want to make their own project)
Children ages 8 or older must have a caregiver present during the entire class – students do not usually need additional help with projects – however we encourage adults to purchase their own ticket and join in the fun! Nothing beats making art with the young people in your life.
Student ages 15 or older are welcome to attend classes without a caregiver present
Planters: Hand-Building Workshop
Using clay sheets, students will join forces with our hand-building wizard Meg Frost, to create decorative planters by combining pre-rolled clay sheets and hand-built elements to design a one of a kind home for their plant babies that is sure to jazz up any indoor or outdoor garden!
At the close of the session participants will choose from a selection of our seasonal studio glaze colors and our team will glaze your planters for you, once your work has completed its two firings it will be ready for pickup three weeks after the date of the workshop.

Mushroom Jars: Hand-Building Workshop
In this workshop, you’ll learn to make a mushroom jar using hand-building and pinch pot techniques. You’ll craft unique toadstools that reflect your personal style. Once your piece is complete, you can choose from a selection of our seasonal glazes to finish your jar. This workshop is suitable for all skill levels. Join us for a relaxed and creative experience.

Pumpkin Buddies: Hand-Building Workshop
Join us for a fun and creative hand-building pottery workshop where you’ll craft your very own Pumpkin buddy that will stay alive all year round! Whether you want to make a single spooky gourd or a whole family of them, this workshop is perfect for adding a touch of handcrafted charm to your yard or tabletop.
During this workshop, you’ll learn various hand-building techniques to shape and design your pumpkins. After crafting your pieces, you’ll have the opportunity to glaze them with a selection of our seasonal workshop glazes, giving your pumpkins a unique and festive look.

Halloween Lanterns: Hand-Building Workshop
Light up your windows and porches this All Hallows Eve with a beautiful hand-made lantern. In this workshop, you’ll use clay slabs, fall-themed cookie cutters, and vibrant Stroke and Coat glaze colors to create a lantern that reflects your style!
Suitable for all skill levels, this workshop offers a creative and enjoyable experience. Join us and craft a unique piece to add a warm glow to your home.

Sushi Tray Workshop
Utilizing pre-rolled clay sheets students will mold, sculpt, and decorate their very own own hand-crafted sushi set (tray & dipping sauce bowl). Showcase your unique style with patterns, textures and individual designs. At the end of the workshop students will pick out one color from a selection of our seasonal studio glazes for our team to glaze and have ready for pickup 3 weeks after class!
