At 24hr Pottery, we are passionate about fostering artistic growth through our workshops. Our introductory workshops are designed for those just starting their journey with clay,
the below workshops are crafted for artists just beginning their exploration with clay,
no prior experience is needed to join in on the fun and get your hands dirty!
To ensure personalized attention and guidance, we limit each session to a maximum of 10 students.

Ceramic Bootcamp
Learn everything you need to know to confidently enter the world of ceramics or use this bootcamp to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to become a member of a
24hr Pottery studio. We have two different class structures to easily fit within your schedule, either a single 5 hour workshop or a two night workshop with each class lasting 2.5 hours.
Ages 18 +
throughout this workshop we will cover:
- Wheel throwing.
- Trimming & carving leather hard pieces.
- Additions: handles and decorative details.
- Hand building fundamentals: coil building, pinching, adding texture.
- Glazing fundamentals: underglazes, and resists.
In this beginner-friendly course, you will receive a pottery workbook—a perfect space to jot down your thoughts and ideas as you explore the stages of the creation process.
Our Ceramic Bootcamp workshop is designed for those new to pottery, no prior experience is necessary! At the conclusion of the class, choose from our selection of studio glaze colors. Our skilled team will glaze your pieces, and they will be ready for you to pick up three weeks later.

Introduction to Wheel Throwing
Step into the exciting world of pottery with our introductory to wheel throwing workshop tailored for beginners.
Our experienced instructors will lead the way, offering demonstrations to guide you through the fundamentals of wheel throwing.
Following each demonstration, you’ll have the opportunity to practice and develop your skills, guided by step-by-step instructions.
Whether you’re a newcomer eager to explore the joys of pottery or seeking to refresh your skills before embarking on a journey as a member of our 24hr Pottery community, this workshop serves as the perfect initiation. Unleash your artistic potential and immerse yourself in the therapeutic and rewarding experience of pottery throwing!
Duration: 90 minutes
*Students must be 9 years or older to use the pottery wheels and must have a participating (ticketed) adult accompanying them. Students 15 years and older are welcome to attend workshops independently.
Pottery Combo Workshop: Wheel & Hand-building
Discover the perfect blend of pottery techniques in our pottery combo workshop, featuring both the pottery wheel and the creative
world of hand-building!
Perfect for family outings, date nights, or bonding with friends, this dynamic 90-minute class offers a blend of excitement and learning. Dive into the art of pottery as you take a spin on the wheel and
discover the world of hand-building with clay. Join us for a fun and
fast-paced session that promises unforgettable memories and newfound skills.

Drinkware Series!
Each month, join us as we embark on a delightful journey through the world of cocktails!
Together, we’ll craft the perfect drinkware to accompany our featured cocktail recipe, either on the pottery wheel or through hand-building techniques. Whether you’re a novice or seasoned clay enthusiast, The amazing Lacie Warden will tailor the project to suit your skill level.
And the best part? You can sip and savor a thematically appropriative beverage while unleashing your creativity! Beginners are warmly welcomed to join in on the fun.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops
1. Cancellation by Participants:
- 8 Days or More Before Workshop:
- Full refund minus any processing fees.
- 7 Days or Less Before Workshop:
- Full studio credit minus any processing fees.
2. Cancellation by 24hr Pottery:
- Insufficient Enrollment or Emergencies:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops. Participants will receive their choice of a full refund or studio credit with the option to enroll in another workshop.
3. Special Circumstances:
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other serious situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Exceptions to our standard cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
